Why it exists
It solves the problem of sales, bookings, and enquiries being lost when staff can't take calls, whether that's outside opening hours or simply because they're busy.
The assistant is live 24/7 and can perform all the actions an employee can, so no sale or booking slips through the cracks.
What I worked on
Fiken integration
A business can connect their Fiken account, and the assistant logs each settled sale into Fiken automatically, so the books always reflect reality and stay correct.
Tripletex integration
A business can connect their Tripletex account, and the assistant logs each settled sale into the Tripletex accounting system automatically, keeping the accounts accurate and up to date.
BankID integration
Integrated BankID so callers can confirm their identity, adding a security layer that verifies who they are before sensitive actions are taken.
Buypass integration
Integrated Buypass as a second identity-confirmation option, giving callers another trusted way to verify their identity as a security layer.
