Backend systems that hold up in production.
I'm Martin Neset, a full-stack developer in Oslo who specialises in the half you don't see: data models, APIs, integrations and the reliability work around them. Currently shipping two commercial products at Innoscribe.

Multiple projects, four worth your time
Each one lists what I actually owned, so you can judge the work without opening it.

01
Jobobike
A multi-storefront e-bike shop and the management system behind it: orders, inventory, logistics, shipping, returns and payouts across several storefronts, warehouses and manufacturers in one place.
- Multi-entity data model with role-based access splitting storefront and warehouse operations
- Stripe payments, coupon and promotion engine, automated warehouse payouts
- Redis caching and rate limiting across every public endpoint
The long way into software
Before code I spent years as a personal trainer and a social care worker. That is still how I think about what I build: someone on the other end has a job to finish, and the software either helps them finish it or gets in the way.
I finished Backend Development at Noroff in June 2026, where the work was recognised with the Golden Egg Award for Best Student Work. Since February I have been at Innoscribe, an Oslo startup, co-developing two commercial products: an inbound AI phone assistant and a multi-storefront e-commerce platform with the warehouse and logistics system behind it.
The part I care about is the structure underneath. A schema that still makes sense a year in, endpoints that fail loudly and predictably, tests that catch the thing before a customer does.
Working beats perfect, but pragmatic is not the same as sloppy.
Full-Stack Developer, Innoscribe
Two commercial products, owned from data model to production. Backend-first across the stack.
Backend Development, Noroff
Two-year programme. Graduated with the Golden Egg Award for Best Student Work.
Personal builds
A self-hosted training app on a Raspberry Pi, a clinic booking system, a cyberdeck. Hardware and software both.
Personal trainer & social care worker
Years spent working with people, which is still how I think about what I build.
What I actually do with it
APIs & services
Designing REST surfaces that are documented, reliable and hard to misuse.
Data
Schemas that survive change, plus the caching and querying layered on top.
Integrations
Third-party systems wired in so both sides agree, and keep agreeing.
Delivery
Getting it out, keeping it up, and catching breaks before a user does.
